7. Limitation of Liability

AREHSOFT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our services.

8. Service Availability

We strive to provide uninterrupted service but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services with reasonable notice.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding payments become immediately due, and access to services will be discontinued.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The prevailing party shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorney fees and costs.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which AREHSOFT operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
